I took this photo around Christmas time while driving around nearby neighborhoods looking at Christmas lights. I think my favorite thing about this picture is the spectrum of colors lights can produce.
I'm in this photo (pictured on the right), but I like this photo a lot because the lights closer to the camera look so different from the ones further away. Additionally, I like how the light surrounds my friend and I in this picture. These lights also made for super cute pictures at a rush event.
For the first photo, I like how the trees are the only light sources so they're the focus of the picture. With the second photo, I also like the how the lights act differently by their difference from the camera. In addition to that, it's so cool how the intensity of the front lights brightens your figures and adds to the fun mood.
ReplyDeleteIn the first picture, I think it is nice how the trees are lit up by the lights. The lighting allows the viewer to see the trees which I think is really important because it would be a lot harder to see the trees without them. I also like the variety of colors which give them a magical feeling. In the second picture, the way the lights are closer to you and your friend makes the area around both of you really bright. I think it contrasts well with the dark background. The bright glow of the lights also adds to the contrast and illuminates the photo.
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are really nice. The first one in particular is nice because the lights surround the trees to create the shapes of the tree. The lights on the second one give you and your friend the main focus and the lack of light in the background contrasts you guys, making it seem like there is nothing surrounding you other than a few lights.
ReplyDeleteI really like how the lights in the first photo are so tightly wrapped around the trees that they create such defined shapes. The different colors are also really pleasing to the eyes!
