This first picture is me and my friend from high school at a party about a year ago, the lighting in this picture is cool because not only is it clearly behind us, but also obstructed with a lens of smoke covering it.
This picture is me from my childhood running through a toy sprinkler. The lighting in this one is cool because you can tell its natural (as there is only one light source casting a shadow) and it creates cool shadow lines across my body.
I really like the first photo you posted of your friend and yourself. I know it says your at a high school party, but with the positioning of the lights and smoky feel it also looks like this photo could have been taken at a concert.
ReplyDeleteThe lighting in the first picture is incredibly cool because you can still make out the details of you & your friend quite clearly even though y'all are backlit. I like how the haze obscures the faces of the other people in the photo, so y'all become the main focus.
